Cured salmon salad with lemongrass, mint, tomato and coriander dressing

Main

Duck confit in red curry with broccoli, carrot, pumpkin, green bean, basil, lychee, tomatoes and jasmin rice

(OPTIONAL):  Pinot Noir Altaland Patagona Argentina  95kr.

Dessert 

Xmas chocolate mousse, mango gel , roasted almond and brownie
